Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all appointments. If a change needs to be made to an appointment, it requires 24-hour notice, or the pre-payment may be forfeited. If you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time, please contact us by phone or by email. Email cancellations will be recognized by the time sent. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of any one prepaid package session, voucher, gift card, or certificate credit; otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount will be incurred for any other appointment, with a minimum cancellation fee of $50.
